Refund Policy
At The Riverside Inn, we strive to provide our guests with a seamless and enjoyable experience. We understand that plans can change, and we have outlined our refund policy below to ensure clarity and fairness.
Flexible Rate Reservations:
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Rate Reservations:
No refunds will be provided for cancellations or no-shows.
Guests who choose to depart earlier than the scheduled check-out date will not be eligible for a refund for the remaining nights.
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Changes to reservations (such as modifying dates) are subject to availability and any applicable rate differences.
Requests made at least 7 days before check-in may be accommodated at no extra charge.
Requests made less than 7 days before check-in may incur a modification fee.
Different cancellation policies may apply to group bookings (5+ rooms) and reservations during peak seasons, holidays, or special events. Guests will be informed of the applicable terms at the time of booking.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions), we will work with affected guests to provide alternative solutions, such as rescheduling or issuing a credit for a future stay.
